Dani made an outstanding contribution this November with her leadership, skill, and business acumen by developing a temporary microsite to substitute for all of AvivaUSA.com during the data-center outages in November.

With literally one-week notice, she took the initiative to create a site that included general Aviva product information, a Youmanity overview, a token offer (with a form she created), customer support information, and a link to our career postings.

By creating this site, we were able to have the Youmanity program be featured in Parade magazine (with 40+ million impressions) and fulfill over 1,000 token requests. In addition, customer complaints were mitigated and the outage became a “non-event”. Dani’s efforts represent the kind of initiative, self-empowerment, and drive that we should all aspire to.
